A Yupoo wholesale catalog can organize visual product information, but it does not prove that an uploader is a Yupoo wholesale supplier or that an offer is current. Before contacting anyone, turn the catalog page into a candidate record: URL, date checked, product code, selected option, visible measurements, quantity basis, price context, source relationship, and missing fields.
Do not upgrade a page claim into a fact. Keep evidence, claims, interpretations, and questions in separate fields.
Use a ninety-second first pass
- Name the item. Use a neutral product description rather than promotional wording.
- Find a stable identifier. Record the product code, page title, or exact URL.
- Choose the option. Color, size, material, quantity, and included parts belong in the record.
- Scan for decision fields. Measurements, price basis, minimum, packing, weight, source, and contact.
- Write the biggest gap. If the page cannot support a useful next question, remove it.
Give every candidate a stable record
| Field | What to record | Do not substitute |
|---|---|---|
| Identity | Original URL, page title, code, and date checked. | A screenshot without its source. |
| Option | Exact color, size, material, quantity, and included pieces. | “Same as photo” when several options exist. |
| Evidence | Visible angles, measurements, labels, and source link. | Marketing claims or assumptions. |
| Cost context | Currency, quantity basis, date, exclusions, and whether the price is shown or quoted. | A bare number copied from another option. |
| Next question | One missing field that would change the decision. | A generic request for “more details.” |
Separate four kinds of information
Evidence
A readable measurement photo, listed code, selectable color, or public source URL.
Claim
A caption describing material, stock, quality, delivery, or compatibility.
Interpretation
Your comparison of shape, likely use, or possible relationship between pages.
Question
A missing measurement, option, quantity basis, packed weight, or responsible party.
Keeping these columns separate makes later corrections easier and prevents confident wording from replacing proof.
Compare candidates on the same basis
Choose three to six fields that matter for the category and fill the same columns for every candidate. A blank stays blank; do not reward a page simply because it has more text.
| Candidate | Identity | Option | Measurements | Price basis | Main gap |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| A | Code and source match | Black / medium | Visible in cm | One piece, dated | Packed weight |
| B | Code missing | “Black” only | Chart scope unclear | Number only | Identity and option |
| C | Stable page URL | Two sizes shown | Dimensions listed | Quantity bracket | Which size matches album |
Keep contradictions visible
Record conflicts beside the field they affect: two different materials, changed codes, inconsistent contacts, a new size chart, or a source page that opens a different item. Add the date and page responsible for each statement.
Do not choose the answer you prefer. Use conflict—needs resolution until one source can explain the difference.
Use three decision states
Ready to compare
The identity and option are stable, the important category fields are visible, and only non-critical uncertainty remains.
Waiting for one answer
The record is usable, but one decision-changing field—such as chart scope, MOQ, or packed dimensions—is missing.
Remove for now
The identity chain is broken, the page cannot support a specific question, or contradictions affect the item itself.
Example: why a complete-looking page may still be weak
A catalog card shows twelve photos, a persuasive material description, and a low number. It does not show a product code, selected size, currency, quantity basis, or source page. The page has plenty of content but cannot support a controlled comparison.
A plainer page with a stable code, exact dimensions, one selected option, a dated price basis, and a matching source is the stronger research record—even if its presentation is less polished.
